Land On The Road To Atlanta

I am making offers for my account on several small land tracts in a rural community about 35 miles out from metro Atlanta. This is one of the historic roadside gas stations on the old 2 lane highway going into Atlanta. Every rural community in the South had tiny gas stations that looked similar to these in the past. Many had Tokheim pumps with the big round logo globes at the top, most of the buildings are gone now with a few that have been repurposed for SFR, storage, or sometimes retail.
