Mortgage rates throttle higher, snapping a 4-week streak of declines - MarketWatch: The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 4.41% in the March 7 week, mortgage guarantor Freddie Mac said Thursday. That was up six basis points during the week, and marked only the second time that the popular product has eked out a gain in 2019.
